* Mon - Fri; shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hrs -- must be flexible
* Call rotation typically 1:4 -- unrestricted pager for weeknight and weekend
* Weekend call: 48-hour pager call
* Adults required; pediatrics preferred
* 24-hour CRNA in-house support -- additional CRNA on-call 7pm - 7am
* Spinal, epidural, regional, OB, neurosurgical spine, and complex vascular
* Complex orthopedic cases, ventilation management, central and arterial line insertion
* Ongoing coverage potential
* Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
* Assignment details and time entry in online portal
