Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Saturday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Earning Potential: $80,000–$150,000+

\ NYou'll have guaranteed base pay plus production bonuses , consistent workflow, an air-conditioned shop, and the equipment and support to produce at a high level.
\ NWhat You'll Do
\ N Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and performance concerns
\ N Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs
\ N Complete complex repairs independently
\ N Work with Service Advisors and parts staff to keep jobs moving
\ N Mentor developing technicians when needed
\ N Complete accurate, quality repairs while maintaining productivity
\ N What We're Looking For
\ N 8+ years of current or recent professional automotive repair experience
\ N A-Level diagnostic and repair ability
\ N Strong electrical and drivability troubleshooting skills
\ N Ability to diagnose andcomplete complex repairs independently
\ N Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Ford, or Chevrolet experience preferred
\ N ASE Certifications preferred
\ N Team-focused, professional approach

\ N You'll work on a mix of approximately 40% European, 40% Domestic, and 20% Asian vehicles with access to Autel and TOPDON diagnostic equipment, Tekmetric, and Digital Vehicle Inspections.
\ NThe shop also provides experienced Service Advisor support and ongoing technical development to help technicians stay focused on diagnosing, repairing, and producing.
