Job description
Now Hiring: "A" Automotive Technician
Olson Chevrolet | Hutchinson, Minnesota
Earn up to $50/hour
Are you an experienced technician who can diagnose a tricky problem faster than most people can find the check-engine light in the owner's manual? Olson Chevrolet is looking for a skilled "A" Automotive Technician to join our team!
Chevrolet training and dealership experience are preferred—but we're equally interested in finding the right person: someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a long-term career with a dealership that values its people.
Why Olson Chevrolet?
At Olson Chevrolet, you're more than a number on a repair order. We've built a strong, family-oriented culture where teamwork, respect, and doing the right thing still matter. We believe great technicians deserve opportunities to grow, advance, and be recognized for the value they bring.
What we offer:
Up to $50 per hour, depending on qualifications
Flexible scheduling, including the option to work 4 days a week
Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
A supportive, family-focused workplace
A team that values skill, integrity, and a good sense of humor
The chance to work with one of America's most trusted automotive brands
Why Hutchinson?
Hutchinson offers the best parts of Minnesota living without the daily big-city grind. It's a welcoming, active community with excellent schools, local restaurants and shops, beautiful parks, trails, lakes, and plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors.
You'll find short commutes, friendly neighbors, and a comfortable small-town atmosphere—all while being close enough to the Twin Cities when you want concerts, professional sports, or an airport run. In Hutchinson, you can spend less time sitting in traffic and more time doing what you actually enjoy.
What We're Looking For
Advanced automotive diagnostic and repair skills
Chevrolet training and experience preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
A valid driver's license
If you know your way around a toolbox, enjoy tracking down the problems other people can't, and want a workplace where your experience is respected, we'd like to meet you.
Join Olson Chevrolet and put your career in the fast lane—without spending your commute stuck in one.
