Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $37–$50 per flat rate hour (Based on experience)

We are seeking two experienced A-Level Automotive Technicians to join a busy, well-established independent repair shop in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician who enjoys advanced diagnostics, solving complex vehicle issues, and delivering high-quality repairs from start to finish. You'll work in an air-conditioned shop with a steady workflow, modern technology, ongoing training, and a team committed to professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on all makes and models.
/n
- Complete repairs from diagnosis through final quality inspection.
/n
- Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric.
/n
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations with customers when needed.
/n
- Present repair recommendations using a show-and-sell approach.
/n
- Prepare repair estimates and assist with parts research and ordering.
/n
- Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional workmanship.
/n
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
/n
/n
Qualifications
/n
/n
- 12–15+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
/n
- Extensive diagnostic and troubleshooting experience.
/n
- Ability to perform repairs independently from start to finish.
/n
- Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI).
/n
- Strong computer skills and experience using shop management software such as Tekmetric is preferred.
/n
- ASE Certifications are a plus.
/n
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
/n
- Demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality work and continued professional development.

Compensation & Benefits

Flat-Rate Pay: $37–$50 per flat rate hour, paid weekly. (Based on experience)
