Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; no weekends
Pay Rate: $40-$50 per flagged hour (Depending on Experience / Skills / Certs.)

Introduction
/n
We are seeking an A Level or very strong B+ Level Automotive Technician in Timonium, MD with solid diagnostic, electrical troubleshooting, and advanced repair skills. This is a Monday-Friday opportunity with no weekends, a steady 75+ vehicle weekly car count, and technicians currently flagging 40-50 hours per week. The shop offers a family-owned, team-oriented environment, modern diagnostic tools, and fully paid employee medical coverage.

Key Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
/n
- Perform advanced automotive repairs, including timing chains and timing belts.
/n
- Use diagnostic and electrical testing skills to accurately identify vehicle concerns.
/n
- Service and repair a balanced mix of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
/n
- Complete digital vehicle inspections using AutoVitals.
/n
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and contribute to a team-oriented shop environment.
/n
- Support an efficient workflow while maintaining quality repair standards.
/n
- For A-Level candidates, provide technical support and mentorship to other technicians as needed.

Qualifications
/n
/n
- A Level Technician or very high B+ Level Technician with strong diagnostic and repair capabilities.
/n
- Strong automotive diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting skills.
/n
- Experience with drivability concerns and advanced mechanical repairs.
/n
- Current ASE Certifications PREFERRED ; ideal candidates will have approximately 3-5 current ASE Certifications and be willing to earn additional certifications toward ASE Master Technician status.
/n
- Maryland State Inspection License HIGHLY PREFERRED.
/n
- Must have either State Inspection License or ASE Master Certification.
/n
- Independent repair shop experience preferred.
/n
- Team-oriented approach; A Level candidates should be comfortable helping and mentoring other technicians.
/n

- Flat-rate pay of $40-$50 per flagged hour, based on relevant experience, skills, and certifications.
/n
- Technicians are currently flagging 40-50 hours per week based on existing workflow and technician productivity; actual production and earnings are not guaranteed.
