Job description
Overview
Some locum assignments can be as short as a day, others, years. Some are far from home, others are local. CompHealth goes far beyond a job board, providing you with expert guidance tailored to your specific needs and phase of your career.
Responsibilities
On-call weeknights 5 pm - 7 am; 24-hour call on weekends and holidays
Call ratio: 3:6 with 50 - 75% callback rate
Approx. 10 patients per shift
Inpatient hospital setting — rounding, consults, and procedures
Inpatient cardiology, ICU, and STEMI patient populations
Invasive diagnostic cardiology, echo, TEE, and nuclear cardiology required
Qualifications and Requirements
ACLS and BLS certifications required
