Working hours & scheduling
Full-time -- 5 days/week with 8-hr shifts or 4 days/week with 9-hr shifts
One evening shift per week -- 12 pm - 9 pm
One Saturday per month required
20 - 24 patients per 8-hr shift; 24 - 27 per 9-hr shift
Patient population & care
Primary care -- pediatric, adult, and women's care for all ages
Patient population -- primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
Scheduling guidelines ensure no back-to-back complex visits
Office-based procedures required
Assignment details & benefits
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
24-hour access to your Weatherby Healthcare consultant

Compensation
Competitive compensation
From $120.00 to $145.00 hourly. Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations. Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay. Please contact your consultant for details.
