Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm - 32 hrs/wk patient time, 8 hrs/wk charting
10 - 15 patients per day
On-site clinic setting only - no telehealth
Treats children ages 2 and up, along with adults
New evaluations: 60 min - med checks: 15 - 30 min
Less than 10% no-show rate
Hospital privileges required
