Must have active state license
BC or BE required
12 - 14 patients per day; adults only; mostly geriatric
Outpatient clinic setting
Spanish-speaking provider preferred
No procedures required
Credentialing not needed
DEA needed
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
