Job description
24-hour shifts -- in-house mornings, on-call remainder of shift
Average census: 10 - 13 patients
Level III (B) NICU -- 25 weeks and up, grower/feeder focus
Team model: 1 neonatologist + 1 NNP per shift, NNPs conduct rounds
Umbilical lines, intubations, and occasional chest tubes required
Vaginal and C-section deliveries with neonatal emergency response
No surgical cases onsite
J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcomed
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
