A or B Level Automotive Technician | Up to $100K a Year | A/C Shop
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $35.00-$47.50 per flat rate hour (Based on Experience)
Pay Type: Flat Rate
Earning Potential: Up to $100,000 annually (based on experience, productivity, and performance)
Note: Pay increases with each ASE certification
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join a well-established independent repair facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This position is ideal for technicians with solid repair experience, whether you're a strong B-Level technician looking to continue growing or an experienced A-Level technician with advanced diagnostic abilities. Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on American and Asian vehicles
Complete inspections using Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software
Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes and preventative maintenance
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle systems
Document repair recommendations and completed work accurately
Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
Qualifications
4+ years professional automotive repair experience
Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems
Experience working on American and Asian vehicles
Experience using or willingness to use Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) software
Willing to work on a vehicle start to finish
ASE Certifications are a plus. Will be required to obtain in the future.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
Flat rate pay ranging from $35.00-$47.50 per flagged hour, based on experience and qualifications
