A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician | $80K-$110K Earning Potential
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $25/hour base
Pay Type: Base pay plus efficiency-based production pay
Pay Schedule: $1,000/week base
Earning Potential: $80,000-$110,000 annually, based on experience and efficiency
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician in Pittsburgh, PA. This position provides a $1,000 weekly base ($25/hour) with additional production pay structured around technician efficiency levels. Depending on experience and efficiency, technicians can earn approximately $80,000-$110,000 annually , along with paid medical coverage, performance bonuses, and ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance
Complete PA safety inspections
Communicate repair findings clearly
Maintain quality and productivity standards while working efficiently
Qualifications
5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
A-Level or strong B-Level technician experience
Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience servicing Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
Current PA Safety Inspection License required
PA Emissions License preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$25/hour base pay, equivalent to $1,000 per week
Additional production pay structured around efficiency levels
Approximately $80,000-$110,000 annual earning potential based on experience and efficiency; actual earnings may vary and are not guaranteed
