You will report to the General Manufacturing & Operations Manager and will have an onsite, 1st shift work schedule in Niagara Falls, New York.To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:High School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.At least 3 years of relevant experience.As an A&T Technician III – Orbital Welder you will:Operate orbital welding and other welding equipment including extensive setup and prep equipment (operate tube trimming equipment, maintains cleanliness standards)Follow and advise on written setup proceduresOperation of Tungsten, Inert Gas Welding equipment (T.I.G.), both in a manual and semi-automatic stateAssemble weld process related hardware and fixture installationCreate a weld sample, prepare it for inspection and inspect the results under a microscope to verify requirementsThe parts and fixtures are also inspected under a microscope for weld requirements and workmanship quality.
