Remote AAA Roadside Assistance Dispatch Specialist — the Hero Behind the Scenes!Be the calm voice people count on. Make every call matter. Help us deliver the legendary service AAA is known for.The available shift for this position is 2:30pm to 11pm, including every other weekend. This is a remote position that requires the ability to attend mandatory in office meetings and trainings at our Harrisburg, PA location.When someone is stranded on the roadside, they are not just looking for help—they are looking for reassurance, direction, and fast action. As a AAA Dispatch Specialist, you become the lifeline. Join a high-demand, mission-critical team where your decisions directly impact how quickly help arrives.
