About the Company
AAA – The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious, business‑minded, and visionary Entrepreneurial Agency Owners. This role offers an unlimited earning potential through a 100% incentive‑based compensation structure, competitive new‑business and renewal commission, and additional bonus programs to support growth at all stages of the agency’s development.
Agency Launch Bonus
The Agency Launch bonus is paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA branded agency.
Marketing Reimbursement
Paid to Agency Owner bi‑weekly.
Starts in year 3 paid monthly.
Strong Support Throughout the Process
The EA model is designed to serve members. Candidates receive a detailed deployment plan, compliance guidance, step‑by‑step onboarding, and comprehensive education combining in‑person and virtual training. Resources include assistance with licensed staff, financial management, business plan development, and access to a network of experienced EAs and business experts.
Agency Owner Overview
This opportunity is for self‑motivated, results‑driven business people interested in building a profitable, multi‑line insurance agency. You will serve new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships to a well‑defined client base.
Agency Owner Requirements
Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licensing (preferred). If not held, the candidate must obtain them at their expense.
Completion of the Business Plan/Cash‑flow analysis with AAA guidance.
Four‑week, 100% virtual training with live instructor.
Approved AAA‑branded office space.
Proof of at least $75,000 investable capital (seasoned for 60 days).
Pass background check, criminal history, and credit/financial check.
Recommendation to have two licensed staff members upon agency opening.
Products Included
AAA Membership – programs for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles, offering roadside‑assistance and savings opportunities.
Property and Casualty Insurance – Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles, and Commercial Lines, plus brokered products from national and regional carriers.
Life Insurance – Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities offered through AAA Life Insurance Company.
