n nWhat You'll Do
nAs an Occupational Therapist, you'll help individuals improve the skills they need for everyday life by:
nnnCompleting comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
n
nnDeveloping individualized treatment plans that promote independence and quality of life
n
nnProviding engaging therapy services in clinic, community, and telehealth settings
n
nnMonitoring progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
n
nnCollaborating closely with physicians, families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
n
nnConducting home and community assessments when appropriate
n
nnMaintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
n
nnSupervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), when applicable
n
n nSpecialty Opportunities

nnnCustom wheelchair evaluations

nnAdaptive and durable medical equipment (DME)

nnPediatric feeding services in collaboration with Speech Therapy

n nWhat We're Looking For
nnnMaster's Degree in Occupational Therapy
n
nnCurrent Arizona Occupational Therapist license in good standing
n
nnAt least one year of experience in human services
n
nnPediatric experience or assistive technology experience preferred
n
nnValid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance
n
nnExcellent communication and collaboration skills
n
nnPassion for helping individuals reach their highest level of independence
n
