Job description
Intercare Therapy in California seeks a Behavior Program Manager to lead onsite ABA programs, supervise BIs and train client caregivers, driving clinical excellence.
You will manage daily operations with a BCBA-focused leadership style, oversee program development, and collaborate with families across La Jolla, Del Mar, Poway, Santee and nearby areas; regular hours 8am-6pm with occasional weekends. A strong background in ABA and a Masters is essential.
