nWe are looking for multiple behavior technicians. We are looking for entry level, mid-level or experienced individuals working in behavioral field or individuals seeking new opportunities. nnOngoing supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
n
n nResponsibilities:
nnnProvide one-to-one-behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges
n
nnProvides/assists with daily program activities in the areas of self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor and behavior and crisis intervention
n
nnAssist client with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, preparation and feeding of meals, dressing and undressing, ambulation and other activities as needed
n
nnCollect and document data of the behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan
n
n nQualifications:
nnnPassion for working with individuals with special needs
n
nnHigh school diploma or GED equivalent
n
nnPrevious experience working in an educational or healthcare setting preferred
n
nnAt least one year of experience working with children/adults with special needs who display challenging or aggressive behaviors
n
nnMust be at least 18 years of age.
n
nnMinimum of one (1) year relevant experience preferred
n
nnCPI Certification preferred
n
nnRBT preferred
n
