Job description
TheraCare is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide direct ABA therapy to children and youths from ages 2 to 21 in home and community settings. You will work under a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans that support social, behavioral, and academic growth.
Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 therapy, collecting and recording data, supporting communication and daily living skills, and maintaining regular communication with supervisors and families.
