Job description
Supportive Community Innovations (SCI) is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in homes and community settings. The role offers a $19–$25/hour range (base $15–$21/hour plus $4/hour for direct client time) with a sign-on bonus and mileage reimbursement.
You will collect real-time data, implement BCBA-designed plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help clients achieve developmental goals. Training and growth opportunities are provided.
