nAdapt: A Behavioral Collective is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide individualized, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities.

nNo RBT certification yet? We provide paid training and support for eligible team members pursuing certification. We welcome both experienced professionals and motivated candidates who are new to the ABA field.

nImmediate openings are available, with interviews typically scheduled within one week.

nWhat You’ll Do

nProvide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy in home, community, and other approved settings

nImplement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA or qualified clinical supervisor

nHelp clients develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills

nUse evidence-based teaching and reinforcement strategies

nCollect and accurately document behavioral and skill-acquisition data

nCommunicate regularly with supervisors and other members of the clinical team

nCollaborate with families and caregivers to support consistent treatment

nMaintain professional, ethical, and client-centered standards during every interaction

nParticipate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development

nSchedule and Availability

nApproximately 15–30 hours per week

nOpportunities to increase hours as additional cases become available

nClient sessions typically take place between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

nMorning availability is limited

nServices are primarily provided in person

nLimited telehealth opportunities may become available after the 90-day introductory period

nBecause services are based on client availability, candidates with consistent afternoon and early-evening availability may have access to more scheduling opportunities.

nCompensation

nBT I: $22–$23 per hour

nBT II/RBT: $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

nPaid onboarding and training

nCertain benefits become available after successfully completing the 90-day introductory period. Eligibility may depend on employment status and other applicable requirements.

nMinimum Qualifications

nHigh school diploma or equivalent

nBachelor’s degree completed or in progress, or relevant experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities

nWillingness to obtain RBT certification, if not already certified

nValid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and proof of applicable insurance

nAbility to travel between client locations within the assigned service area

nAbility to meet applicable background, health, and clearance requirements, including fingerprinting, TB testing, and required immunization documentation

nAccess to a smartphone, computer, and reliable internet connection

nStrong communication and organizational skills

nAble to work both independently and collaboratively

nInterested in building a career in ABA and growing within the organization

nPrior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
