Job description
Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in-person. You will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing ABA-based interventions and collecting progress data under BCBA supervision.
You will help clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills while ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation, collaborating with families and educators, and participating in ongoing training to advance your skills.
