Job description
Achievement Behavior Services in New York is seeking a Billing Manager to lead the transition from a third‑party vendor to an in‑house revenue cycle team, with deep ABA/Behavioral Health billing expertise.
You will design SOPs, manage authorizations, claims, denials, and A/R, implement an EHR/billing system, recruit and mentor the new billing staff, and ensure HIPAA compliance and optimal reimbursement.
