Job description
Mirabelle Care in Elk City, OK seeks a Clinic Director to provide senior clinical leadership for all ABA services. The role oversees BCBA and RBT teams, guides treatment plan development, and ensures quality, ethics and compliance across ABA therapies.
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s/Doctoral degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and 3–5 years of leadership experience in ABA, with strong data-analysis and collaborative skills.
