Job description
Lighthouse Autism Center in Indiana seeks a Clinical Director to lead the clinical program, supervise Jr Program Managers, PMs, and Assistant Clinical Directors, and ensure high-quality therapy. The role partners with the Regional Director to guide program development and staff training.
Key duties include supervising clinicians, coordinating schedules, and using Power BI to monitor metrics and outcomes, with BCBA supervision eligibility and 2–3 years in ABA leadership preferred.
