Job description
Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Clinical Leader to guide Behavior Specialists, elevate clinical quality, and advance BCBA certification trajectories. This is a leadership-focused clinical role with mentoring, supervision, and hands-on program oversight.
You will support in-field coaching, conduct home visits, and partner with Training and Operations to ensure rigorous treatment fidelity and outcomes for children and families.
