\ N About the Role As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) , you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
What You’ll Do\ N Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
\ N Collect data on treatment goals during each session
\ N Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
\ N Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
\ N Requirements \ N High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
\ N Reliable transportation
\ N Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred
\ N Experience and passion for helping children and families
\ N Schedule Part-time
\ N Flexible shifts, mostly afternoons/evenings
