Job description
The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA-based behavioral intervention under the supervision of a BCBA in a Milwaukee clinic setting.
Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, reducing challenging behaviors, and promoting client independence across clinical environments. Strong communication and protocol-following skills are essential, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtained on hire.
