n nResponsibilities:
nnnProvide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
n
nnServe as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
n
nnRecord session data accurately using electronic devices.
n
nnFoster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
n
nnCollaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
n
n nQualifications:
nnnHigh school diploma or equivalent.
n
nnWillingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
n
nnPatience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
n
nnReliable method of transportation.
n
n nNeed to Knows:
nnnServices will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
n
nnAll positions start off part-time.
n
nnEncouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
n
nnMinimum 6 month commitment required.
n
nnTypical Schedule: after-school hours during the week, additional hours available on the weekends
n
n nThis position is perfect for anyone passionate about helping children with Autism thrive! No prior experience is required.
nGreat Fit If You Have Experience In:
nnnEducation or early childhood development
n
nnChildcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
n
nnTeaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
n
nnAfter-school programs or camp counseling
n
nnBehavioral health, mental health, or social services
n
nnABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
n
nnHealthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
n
nnSupporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
n
nnBehavior Technician, ABA, Registered Behavior Technician
n
