Job description
Goshen Speech & Hearing Center seeks a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a multidisciplinary clinical team. You will deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults ages 2-21 in an office-based setting under BCBA supervision.
The role emphasizes implementing behavior plans, teaching communication and daily living skills, and collecting accurate data while collaborating with BCBAs and clinicians. Training is provided and travel is not required.
