Job description
Blue Moon ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under direct supervision by a BCBA and receive strong clinical support while contributing to our clients’ progress.
The role offers $27–$32 hourly pay with opportunities for growth, PTO for all staff, and a healthy work-life balance. Evening and after-school shifts are common, with weekend coverage as needed.
