Job description
Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
We offer Same Day Pay, flexible part-time schedules, opportunities for advancement through BCBA programs, a supportive clinical team, and referral bonuses. Paid training is provided and you can choose your own cases.
