Job description
Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to contribute to meaningful behavioral goals through evidence-based ABA interventions.
You will work with a dedicated clinical team, record session data, and collaborate with families to reinforce progress. Paid training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the ABA field.
