Job description
Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings in Iowa. This part-time role offers immediate pay options and a collaborative clinical team focused on positive outcomes.
Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, demonstrate patience and compassion, and are eager to contribute to evidence-based ABA plans and family engagement. Paid training is provided to qualified applicants.
