Job description
Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Iowa area. We provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients’ homes and community settings, with a focus on independence and positive behavior support.
Positions start part-time with paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA pathways; join a robust clinical team and enjoy the freedom to select cases while earning competitive compensation.
