Job description
Heartland Behavior is seekingRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings. Positions start part‑time with the opportunity for flexible scheduling, immediate onboarding, and paid training to build skills in ABA therapy.
The role emphasizes one‑on‑one services, data collection, and collaboration with a clinical team to implement individualized care plans and family engagement. Experience in ABA is beneficial, but training is provided.
