Job description
Sunrise ABA is seeking an ABA Recruiting Partner to attract, source, and hire qualified clinical talent, including RBTs, BTs, MLPs, and Clinical Supervisors. You will manage full-cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers and leadership to meet staffing needs.
This role requires a strong ABA industry understanding, multitasking across requisitions, and proactive sourcing to build talent pipelines. Travel up to 25% may be required to support clinic openings and market expansions.
