Job description
Alpaca Health is seeking dedicated individuals to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities. You'll follow a plan from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to track progress.
Active RBT certification is preferred or a clear path to earning one; you'll be mentored by a BCBA rather than a manager, with opportunities for full-time or part-time hours and a focus on real-world impact.
