Job description
ABA Centers of America, based in Massachusetts, is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) staff to deliver ABA therapy in homes and clinics. The role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for RBT advancement, with support for certification exams.
New hires can participate in our ABA Academy of Excellence to prepare for and pass the RBT exam, while gaining hands‑on supervision and experience. We value growth, teamwork, and compassionate client care.
