Job description
We are seeking a caring, patient, and reliable provider to provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) one-on-one with a young child with autism. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children reach their full potential, follow structured programs, and work collaboratively with parents and supervisors.

nResponsibilities:
nProvide one-on-one ABA therapy to a child with autism in the home or community setting
nImplement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
nCollect data and record session notes accurately
nSupport the child in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
nCommunicate progress and challenges with the supervising team and parents
nQualifications:
nExperience working with children, preferably those with autism or developmental disabilities
nRBT certification or ABA experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
nReliability, compassion, and strong communication skills
nMust pass a background check
nSchedule:
nFlexible hours weekdays after 3:00 PM and weekends anytime.
ncompensation rate $25 an hour.
nMinimum education requirement is a high school diploma
