Job description
Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by your supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.
Requirements include an active RBT certification or eligibility, a HS diploma (BA/BS in related field is a plus), and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Strong communication and genuine passion for helping children and families are essential.
