Job description
Golden Steps ABA is hiring RBTs to conduct 1:1 ABA therapy with children and young adults in home or community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive positive outcomes.
The role requires reliable transportation, strong communication, and a willingness to engage in ongoing training and supervision. Growth opportunities and supportive mentorship are highlighted in the program.
