Job description
Yes ABA Therapy in Grants, NM is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will work under BCBA supervision to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy, track progress through data collection, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records in a collaborative clinical environment.
The ideal candidate has an RBT certification (or willingness to obtain), prior ABA or related experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a team.
