Job description
HCA Healthcare is seeking an RN for our Abdominal Vascular and Compression Unit. In this specialized inpatient setting, you will provide evidence-based nursing care to patients with abdominal and vascular conditions, including those requiring compression therapies and post-surgical monitoring. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, administering medications, managing IVs and drains, interpreting labs, and collaborating with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams. You will educate patients and families, ensure accurate documentation, support quality and safety initiatives, and precept new staff while contributing to a compassionate, team-focused culture of continuous learning.
