About This Role
The Registered Nurse 2 in Outpatient at Strong Memorial Hospital is responsible for providing competent direct patient care in a primary care internal medicine practice. This role is ideal for nurses who are proactive, independent decision-makers with strong assessment and communication skills.

What You'll Do
Provide direct patient care based on established standards.
Manage telephone communications and patient triage.
Coordinate care for chronic disease management and acute episodic care.
Support peers in the delivery of patient care services.
Assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
Contribute to unit activities and enhance the care delivery system.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and APPs.
Requirements
Education: Not specified
Experience: 2 years' experience required
Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in New York
