Youth Care Worker - Lead. Guide. Build Brighter Futures.
Asheville, NC | $17-$19/hr (Based on Experience, Education)
Day and Night Shift Available (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) | Full-Time

Methodist Home for Children is hiring Youth Care Workers for our Assessment Center in Asheville. If you're dependable, disciplined, and motivated to make a difference, this is your chance to be a role model for youth aged 10-17 who are seeking direction and support.
What You'll Do:
• Serve as a mentor and caregiver to youth during their temporary stay
• Lead daily routines and engage them in structured activities
• Help assess their needs and contribute to a long-term care plan
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and non-punitive environment
• Demonstrate strong character, accountability, and professionalism
Shift Pay:
$17-$19/hour

Who We Need:
Job seekers age 21+
High School diploma/GED or higher
Valid NC driver's license
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends/holidays
