Job Overview
Location: 601 Elmwood Ave, Rochester, New York, 14642
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours weekly, shift: UR - Day, 9‑hour shifts.
Compensation Range: $38.76 – $52.33 per hour.
Responsibilities
Provide competent direct patient care under direction of the Nurse Manager in a Unit of General Medicine.
Participate in unit activities and support improvement of the care delivery system.
Support peers and assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, or committee member.
Deliver direct patient care, telephone management, patient triage, and coordination of care in a Patient‑Centered Medical Home context.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Level II.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
Strong assessment and communication skills, proactive and independent decision‑making ability, and good organizational skills.
