ACA Health Insurance Sales AgentMiami, FL Full-timePosition OverviewUniVista Insurance is seeking motivated and customer-focused ACA Health Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team in Miami, Florida. In this role, agents will assist individuals and families in selecting Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliant health insurance plans through inbound and outbound phone sales. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, compliance-oriented, and passionate about helping clients understand their healthcare options.(On-site / Hybrid based on business needs)Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to educate consumers on ACA health insurance plans and perform compliant cross-selling of ancillary products within the UniVista Insurance ecosystem based on customer needs and eligibilityAssist clients in determining eligibility for ACA plans, subsidies, and Special Enrollment PeriodsComply with all CMS, ACA, state, and carrier marketing and sales regulations, as well as UniVista Insurance policies and procedures, including required training, quality assurance standards, and call monitoring protocols.Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable health insurance coverageAccurately complete insurance applications and enrollment processesMaintain full compliance with CMS, ACA, and carrier regulationsMeet or exceed individual sales goals, call metrics, and quality standardsDocument all customer interactions clearly and accurately in CRM systemsStay current on ACA guidelines, carrier offerings, and underwriting rulesProvide exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollmentWork collaboratively with supervisors, QA teams, and compliance departmentsWork EnvironmentTele-sales role with structured schedules, including peak enrollment periodsPerformance-driven, team-oriented culture in MiamiAbout UsWe are a fast-growing, bilingual insurance agency serving clients across Florida and Texas!.
