Job description
Humboldt Park Health in Chicago, IL seeks a FMR Faculty Family Medicine Physician (ABFM) to join our teaching-focused team. This full-time role combines clinical care supervision with residents and medical students in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Board-certified or eligible, with an MD or DO and an Illinois license, you will lead teaching rounds, participate in Morning Report, and supervise continuity clinics while delivering patient-centered care at our 200-bed facility.
