Job description
General Internal Medicine Physician (Assistant/Associate/Professor)
Qualified for appointment at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank. The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgantown, WV.
Duties
Provide excellent inpatient patient care with a small academic outpatient component.
Actively involved in teaching medical students and residents.
For Associate Professor or Professor rank, sustain an outstanding, extramurally supported research program.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
Eligible to obtain an unrestricted state medical license.
Completed an accredited internal medicine residency program at the time of appointment.
For Associate Professor or Professor rank, demonstrated track‑record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and publications in high‑impact journals.
Schedule
40 hours per week. Exempt.
